There is no direct confrontations .. The criteria for qualifying for the World Cup in the Asian Attaché

The Organizing Committee for the FIFA World Cup qualifiers for 2026 set a system and criteria to determine the arrangement of the teams when two or more teams are equal to points, as the new system excluded direct confrontations from qualification accounts, so that the qualified to the World Cup will be determined according to the following points.

1- The number of points that the team won in all the group matches.
2- The goal difference in all the group matches.
3- The number of goals scored in all the group matches.
If equal, the following criteria are applied exclusively between the equivalent teams only (i.e. a mini table):
4- The number of points in matches between the equivalent teams.
5- The goal difference in matches between the equivalent teams.
6- The number of goals scored in matches between the equivalent teams.

If equal continues after all:

7- Fair Play Points according to the penal system (yellow and red cards).

8- The draw by the International Federation or the Continental Union (such as the Asian Federation).
