The Football Association approves the licenses of 15 clubs in the First Division

The Football Association’s Primary Licensing Committee approved the local licenses for 15 clubs in the First Division League for the 2026-2027 licensing cycle, after reviewing the documents submitted by the clubs on the Asian Football Confederation’s licensing system (CLAS).

After reviewing the required documents and documentation, and in accordance with the six criteria required by the local licensing regulations, the Hatta, Al Orouba, Al Emarat, Al Fujairah, Dibba Al Hisn, Al Arabi, United, Al Hamriya, Al Dhaid, Masfoot, Al Jazira Al Hamra, Gulf United, City FC, Majd, and Al Ittifaq clubs obtained the local license for the 2026-2027 session.
