Mansour bin Mohammed witnesses the graduation of the 12th batch of master’s students at Mohammed bin Rashid College of Government Administration

Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, may God bless him, and in the presence of His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of the National Olympic Committee, Mohammed bin Rashid College of Government Administration has celebrated the twenty anniversary of its establishment, confirming its position as a pioneering national edge in government administration and public policies, and a platform for building national competencies and the future knowledge industry.
The ceremony, which was held under the slogan “In the footsteps of Mohammed bin Rashid”, was graduated Two decades of excellence in preparing national competencies, consolidating the UAE’s leadership in government administration, and affirming the college’s commitment to seeing the rational leadership and the aspirations of the future country.
His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum emphasized that the “Mohammed bin Rashid College of Governmental Administration”, has become a practical model for the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum in making investment in man a hub for development, and a basic pillar of sustainability.
His Highness said, “For twenty years, the college has proven to be an active platform for preparing national leaders, and arming them with knowledge and ability to innovate, in a way that enhances the UAE’s career in making the future.”
His Highness added, “The college graduates are the fruit of the vision of Mohammed bin Rashid and the leadership of the leadership, as today they represent a model for the conscious and creative Emirati leadership, which is able to transform challenges into opportunities, and participate effectively in the path of sustainable development of the state. We are proud that this college has become an intellectual and knowledge beacon that contributes to the consolidation of the leadership of the UAE in government administration at the level of the region and the world.”
For his part, Abdullah Ali bin Zayed Al Falasi, Chairman of the College Board of Trustees, Director General of the Human Resources Department of the Dubai Government, said, “The passage of two decades on the establishment of the college reflects its success in being an academic experience that translates the UAE approach to empowering young people, as they are the most expensive wealth and the guarantee of sustainable development.” My competitiveness keeps pace with the aspirations of the future state.
In turn, Dr. Ali bin Sabaa Al -Marri, the CEO of the college, congratulated the graduates and their families, and said, “This anniversary constitutes a strategic station that confirms the college’s commitment to the approach of Mohammed bin Rashid in building and empowering man, noting that the college during two decades established an academic model linking scientific research with practical application, and established the UAE’s position as a global center for government knowledge and formulating future policies, in a way that serves the region and the world.”
The college revealed the features of its new strategy MBRSG 33 ,, Which will include the launch of a group of leading strategic initiatives, the most prominent of which is the “Future Government Research Center” as an advanced research platform for the production of innovative policies and practical solutions that enhance the readiness of governments in the era of digitization and artificial intelligence. In addition to the “smart government education platform”, which aims to design flexible and specialized educational experiences that keep pace with the skills of the future, in addition to the “World Leaders Program” that transmits the experience of the UAE in government administration to the world, by preparing international leaders who are inspired by the model of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum in transformational leadership.
The initiatives also include the “Leadership Program Program” to enhance the role of graduates and government leaders as ambassadors to spread knowledge and exchange best practices globally, and the “Grants and Mission Fund” as a strategic mechanism to ensure the sustainability of financial resources and provide distinguished educational and research missions, to the “College 5.0” initiative that aims to transform the college into a leading global model of the fifth generation of educational institutions by employing intelligence Artificial in various academic and administrative processes to enhance performance efficiency and make the learning experience more distinctive and innovative.
While the Dubai Aquarium Laboratory, which was recently launched in conjunction with the college’s celebrations of the twentieth anniversary of its founding, was also reviewed, and it constitutes a leading applied research platform, to design more effective policies that enhance the quality of life and raise the efficiency of government performance. The ceremony also witnessed the launch of the book “The Road of Leadership in the footsteps of Mohammed bin Rashid” by His Excellency Dr. Ali bin Sabaa Al -Marri, who is inspired by the thought and vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and is considered a practical guide for the leadership preparation programs that the college undertakes.
The college is a center for preparation for leaders and government competencies capable of leading the future. During her career, she contributed to the rehabilitation of 2,203 government leaders from 42 local and federal government agencies in the country, through specialized programs designed in partnership with their institutions, in a way that meets their strategic needs and reflects the pivotal role of the college in developing national leaders. On the international level, the college set its place as a global leadership school, as the Emirati experience in government administration was transferred to 45 countries, and contributed to the rehabilitation of 1,128 international government leaders, who became entrepreneurial models in government work, and the college has graduated more than 30 thousand affiliates in various programs that include executive diplomas, open affiliation and specialized programs.
In terms of knowledge, the college has issued more than 600 studies and scientific research, and established a wide network of strategic partnerships exceeding 115 local and international entities, which reflects its commitment to strengthening the government work system through knowledge, cooperation and influence. The college concluded two decades of completion with a clear vision of the future, based on the promotion of innovation in government administration, the production of knowledge that supports decision -making, and the enabling national leaders to be at the forefront of change, in a way that keeps pace with the targets of the vision of “UAE 2031” and paves the way to achieve the centenary of the Emirates 2071, to consolidate its development leadership in the region and the world.
