Ajman Businesswomen Council organizes a forum "Noon Pioneering Giving"

Ajman, 9 October / WAM / The Ajman Businesswomen Council, affiliated with the Ajman Chamber, organized the “Noon Giving Entrepreneurial” Forum, with the aim of enhancing communication and exchanging experiences and success stories among owners of entrepreneurial projects, launching innovative community initiatives, and raising awareness of banking solutions that contribute to supporting emerging projects and empowering entrepreneurs.

The forum, which was held at Al Zorah Beach Resort in Ajman with the participation of more than 120 male and female entrepreneurs, was attended by Her Excellency Dr. Amna Khalifa Al Ali, President of the Ajman Businesswomen Council, Her Excellency Aisha Mohammed Al Mulla, President of the Emirates Businesswomen Council, members of the Board of Directors of Emirates Businesswomen and the Ajman Businesswomen Council, and Hazza Ibrahim Al Mansouri, an entrepreneurship advisor and expert, along with a number of officials and experts in entrepreneurship and work. Community.

Dr. Amna Khalifa stressed that the “Noon Giving Entrepreneurial” Forum constitutes an interactive platform that combines entrepreneurship and social responsibility, by highlighting entrepreneurial projects that have a positive impact on society, and supporting those with innovative ideas to transform them into realistic and sustainable initiatives that enhance inspiring community economic practices.

She pointed out that holding the forum coincides with the national campaign “The UAE is the Entrepreneurial Capital of the World,” which reflects the Council’s keenness to contribute to achieving this national vision.

She explained that the forum aims to enhance the culture of giving and volunteer work among entrepreneurs, and to enable young talents to employ entrepreneurship to serve community development, in line with the UAE’s vision of building a knowledge economy based on creativity and sustainability.

Dr. Amna Khalifa announced the launch of the Ajman Businesswomen Council of the “Social Entrepreneurship Working Group” initiative, which aims to provide a platform that combines the profit aspect and societal impact, in a way that contributes to promoting sustainable development, explaining that the initiative is available to everyone who has the competence and ability to contribute to community service, and to continue and participate in implementing projects that contribute to achieving development and enhancing societal and economic impact.

She pointed out that the initiative includes a wide range of specialized training programs that are implemented in cooperation with a group of experts and stakeholders, and aims to build a network of effective relationships and partnerships with government and private agencies, which contributes to launching projects with a tangible social impact, and enhances the position of the Emirate of Ajman in the field of social entrepreneurship at the state level.

The President of the Ajman Businesswomen Council called on the attendees and all those interested in community work to register and join the initiative and participate in achieving its goals, which are in line with the directions of Ajman Vision 2030 in building a comprehensive and cohesive society that ensures the empowerment of the private sector, civil society and individuals to contribute to the social work agenda.

The forum’s sessions covered several topics, including “Innovation for Society and Sustainability – Social Entrepreneurship and Community Impact,” which was presented by Dr. Khaled Moqled, where he addressed the concept of social entrepreneurship and its role in creating positive and sustainable change in society, in addition to highlighting the importance of innovation as an effective tool for achieving impact and enhancing the sustainability and growth of entrepreneurial projects, and a group of successful experiences and practices in this field were reviewed.

Maryam Al Mansouri, director and founder of Rebound Company, presented a “success story” by reviewing her entrepreneurial journey and the challenges she faced in establishing and developing the project.

Regarding the theme of “Community Initiatives that Make a Difference,” Mona Saqr Al Matroushi, Director of the Ajman Society for Social and Cultural Development, gave a presentation that included the most prominent community initiatives launched by the association, stressing the role of these initiatives in enhancing community awareness and supporting target groups, while Roya Islamic Bank presented a session that discussed the difference between a personal account and a business account.

The forum witnessed a number of fruitful discussions and inquiries from the participants, where the challenges facing entrepreneurs were addressed and the best solutions and practices for developing entrepreneurial projects and maximizing their societal impact were discussed, in addition to exchanging experiences and ideas among attendees to enhance innovation and sustainability.
