Abu Dhabi hosts the Asian Forum to qualify female and male hybrids for the Asian Games

Abu Dhabi, October 10 / WAM / The Emirates Camel Racing Federation announced the hosting of the Asian Camel Racing Forum, to qualify 27 participants for the age group from 15 to 18 years, and to conduct a placement exam under the supervision of the Asian Camel Federation.

The Federation stressed the importance of the forum in preparation for the camel competitions in the “Bahrain 2025” Asian Games, scheduled for October 27.

The training activities will start on October 10 and continue until the final exam on October 22, under the supervision of Mohammed Abdullah bin Adid Al Muhairi, Director of the Forum.

His Excellency Abdullah Mubarak Al Muhairi, President of the Asian Camel Racing Federation, confirmed that the forum comes within the Federation’s strategy to develop camel and camel racing skills on the Asian continent, by applying the best international practices in training and qualification, with the participation of an elite group of specialized trainers from the UAE Camel Racing Federation.

He explained that hosting this event in Abu Dhabi embodies the pioneering role played by the UAE in developing camel racing, praising the great support of His Excellency Sheikh Sultan bin Hamdan Al Nahyan, Advisor to His Highness the President of the State, President of the UAE Camel Racing Federation, and his continued keenness to empower young Asian cadres.
