"Pensions" Showcasing its latest digital platforms "GITEX Global 2025"

Abu Dhabi, October 11, 2020: The General Pensions and Social Security Authority announced its participation in the “GITEX Global 2025” exhibition, the most prominent technology event in the world, which will be held at the Dubai World Trade Center from October 13 to 17.

The authority said that its participation in the event comes to consolidate its position in the government digital transformation process in the country, and that it will reveal the transformation in its services by employing artificial intelligence, and showcase its integrated digital platform “Maashi”.

The authority’s pavilion will present a live presentation of the “Maashi” digital platform, highlighting the benefits it provides to customers, including the “data correction” feature that was recently activated to enhance data accuracy and enable insured persons, retirees, and employers to directly modify and verify their data before submitting applications to the authority, which helps speed up completion and enhances accuracy and transparency.

A prototype of artificial intelligence use cases will also be revealed, giving visitors a glimpse into the future of government services that will be faster, easier and more efficient, in addition to examining the prospects for cooperation with partners from the government and private sectors, investing in global innovations to enhance the quality of the Authority’s work and services, communicating directly with customers and listening to their opinions, which form the basis for continuous development and improvement efforts.
The Authority invited all partners, interested parties and the public to visit its pavilion in Rashid Hall – Block A, Suite 16 at the Dubai World Trade Centre, to view its future vision for smart government services.
