The wrestling team prepares for the Islamic Solidarity Tournament at an internal camp
The officials of the Wrestling Federation, headed by Saeed Salah, ruled out that there would be an external camp for the national team players, in preparation for participating in the Islamic Solidarity Tournament, during the period from 9 to 21 November next in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The Wrestling Federation officials decided to limit themselves to an internal camp at the Olympic Center in Maadi, in preparation for participating in the Solidarity Tournament.
The Board of Directors of the Olympic Committee, headed by Engineer Yasser Idris, decided to assign Major General Mohamed Mahmoud, a member of the Council, to head the Egyptian delegation during its participation in the Islamic Solidarity Tournament competitions.
Egypt is scheduled to participate in the upcoming Islamic Solidarity Tournament competitions, with an appropriate number of male and female players, in light of Emphasizing Egypt’s pioneering role in sports at the level of all Arab and Islamic countries.
