She needs a miracle to live.. A former beauty queen reveals her suffering after treatments failed to save her

The artist and former Miss Egypt, Angie Abdullah, revealed the developments in her health condition after announcing that she had a benign tumor in the brain stem, stressing that her condition is deteriorating and that current treatments do not go beyond alleviating the symptoms. She said in statements to “Cairo 24”: “My condition is getting worse… The treatment I am taking is to relieve the symptoms, but unfortunately there is no improvement… I need a miracle,” asking the public to pray for her recovery.

During the past weeks, Angie received a wide wave of sympathy on social media, after she revealed the details of her suffering with a tumor in a very dangerous area that affects her daily life. Six months ago, she had more severe symptoms, despite having undergone the maximum permissible radiation and chemotherapy sessions in 2019. Symptoms include loss of sensation on the right side, difficulty swallowing, and sharp pain similar to an electric shock with any simple movement.

Angie explained that doctors in Egypt and abroad apologized for treating her due to the difficulty of the condition and the exhaustion of the prescribed doses, noting that she withdrew from completing the treatment offered to her after the hospital required signing an acknowledgment to bear full responsibility for any possible complications. She called on her followers to pray, stressing that hope still exists despite the difficulties.
