Dance of Death.. The last video of the Turkish woman Gullu before her tragic fall

Social networking sites in Turkey were abuzz with a painful video of the late artist Gul Tut, known by her artistic name “Gulu”, which showed her last moments as she swayed to the tunes of a song inside her apartment in the city of Yalova, minutes before her horrific fall from the fifth floor.

In the clip, Gello appeared with a wide smile as she shared a light dance with her daughter, Toyan, while the latter’s friend, Sultana Nour, was documenting those moments with her camera.
But after a short time, screams rang out from the next room, and surveillance cameras showed the two girls running outside in panic after the artist fell from the window.

The incident occurred on the night of September 26, and caused widespread shock in Turkish artistic circles.
The deceased’s daughter denied any suspicion of a crime, stressing that her mother was not in a dispute with anyone, and that the accident was an “act of God.” However, investigations are still ongoing, amid the Gallo fans’ skepticism about the hypothesis of an accidental fall.

The forensic report revealed that the artist had a high level of alcohol in her blood, along with sedative and anti-anxiety medications, which may have caused her to lose balance the moment she approached the window.

The departure of Gullu, which formed part of the memory of modern Turkish song, brought to mind the stories of art stars whose lives departed at an unexpected moment, so that its final clip remains a witness to a tragedy in which the music died down with the fall of its owner.
