A subsidiary of “Retal” signs a contract with “Roshen” worth 461.9 million riyals
Retal Urban Development Company announced that one of its subsidiaries (Construction and Construction Company Limited) had signed a contract yesterday with Roshan Group.
The company said in a statement on its website "Saudi Arabia trading"The contract is to design and build a residential project containing 6 residential buildings in the Sidra community in Riyadh.
She added that the value of the contract is 461.9 million riyals, while the duration of the contract is 28 months starting from the date of receiving the notice to start works.
The Construction and Construction Company Limited (a subsidiary) is responsible for designing and implementing infrastructure, landscaping and green spaces. And the construction of 6 residential buildings, including electrical and mechanical works, in the Sidra community of the Roshan Group in Riyadh.
The project was expected to have a positive impact on the company’s results during the project implementation period for the years 2026 AD – 2027 AD – 2028 AD.
