stc Bahrain wins the “Regional Award for Digital Transformation in Customer Experience”

stc Bahrain, the digital enabler, won the ‘Regional Award for Digital Transformation in Customer Experience’ at the ‘Customer Service Leadership Awards’ distribution ceremony, as a culmination of its launch of the instant SIM activation service (eSIM) via artificial intelligence facial recognition technology, in a prominent achievement that is the first of its kind in the Kingdom and which enables customers to activate communication packages in less than one minute in a quick and smooth manner. It is safe, whether for residents or visitors from outside Bahrain.

stc Bahrain’s win of this award comes as an embodiment of its firm commitment to leading the digital transformation process in the Kingdom, through its constant investment in the latest technologies to offer innovative digital solutions that contribute to improving customer experience. By launching this innovative service, the company is contributing to accelerating growth in the communications and information technology sector in line with Bahrain’s Economic Vision 2030, in a way that enhances its leadership position in the world of digital empowerment in the region.
