Concrete prices in Saudi Arabia decreased last September on a monthly basis, while the price of Cement.

The price of the mixture decreased. "Sand and gravel" By 0.5% to 52.1 riyals per cubic meter, while the price of red sand decreased by 1% to 38.5 riyals per cubic meter.
