“Entrepreneurs” launches a program full of training events and inspiring dialogues

The Entrepreneurship Organization in the Kingdom of Bahrain, EO Bahrain, has announced the launch of a full program of training events and inspiring dialogues that it is organizing during the months of this October and next November, with the aim of developing the leadership skills of members and empowering them with modern tools and technologies in managing their businesses, including artificial intelligence applications.

The activities began with the Forum Training Program, which was held on the fourth of October at the Downtown Rotana Hotel, under the supervision of international trainer Kevin Craig, and focused on developing communication skills and enhancing confidence among members through interactive activities that support the exchange of expertise and leadership experiences.

The next day, the program was completed with “Moderator Training,” which aimed to provide moderators with the necessary tools and methodologies to manage meetings and forums with high efficiency.

As part of the programme’s activities, representatives of the Bahrain Entrepreneurs Organization participated in the Regional Leadership Summit for the Middle East, Pakistan and Africa “MEPA Leadership Summit & Unleashed”, which was held during the period from 7 to 10 October of this month, and brought together an elite group of leaders of the “EO” branches from various countries in the region to discuss best leadership practices and align common strategies to advance the process of entrepreneurship. Regional.

The organization’s agenda is scheduled to continue in the coming weeks with the “In The Boardroom” event scheduled for October 19, which will host Mr. Ronnie Surti, CEO of Awal Plastics, in which he will review his efforts in transforming the company from a family model into an integrated professional institution, followed by a field tour for members of the factory to learn about the most prominent practices of institutional transformation.

On October 26, the organization is organizing a “Breaking Barriers” evening at the Sheraton Bahrain Hotel, which is a dialogue event aimed at enhancing communication between members and encouraging the exchange of views among them in a friendly and constructive atmosphere.

The program’s activities will conclude on November 24 with an advanced workshop presented by expert Yasser Bousha entitled “From Zero to Implementing Artificial Intelligence in Four Hours,” which is dedicated to enabling entrepreneurs to adopt artificial intelligence solutions in their businesses in a practical and rapid way that enhances efficiency and productivity in their organizations and gives them a significant competitive advantage.

On this occasion, Mr. Farid Badr, President of the Bahrain Entrepreneurs Organization, said: “The launch of this full agenda of events reflects the organization’s commitment to empowering members and providing them with the skills and knowledge that support the expansion and growth of their businesses with confidence and stability. The number of members of the Bahrain branch is 37 Bahraini entrepreneurs who manage companies with a turnover exceeding $120 million, and provide about 3,900 job opportunities. The organization is led by a board of directors that includes 15 entrepreneurs, headed by businessman Mr. Farid Badr. The organization aims to enable its members to grow and exchange experiences in a stimulating and supportive environment, thus contributing to linking the Kingdom of Bahrain with the global entrepreneurship ecosystem.
