Tropical Storm "Melissa" In The Caribbean Seatoday, and meteorologists warned of heavy rain and Floods and strong winds may hit Haiti and Jamaica later this week.

The US National Hurricane Center issued a hurricane warning for parts of Haiti, while the Jamaican government issued a tropical storm warning.

It is moving west at 14 miles per hour (23 kilometers per hour).
