The phenomenon begins at 1 a.m. and continues until 8 a.m.
The accompanying effects are represented by almost no horizontal visibility (1-3) kilometers in some places, and low horizontal visibility (3-5) kilometers in other places.

Eastern region: Jubail, Khobar, Dammam, Dhahran, Qatif, Ras Tanura, Al-Ahsa, Al-Udayd, and Abqaiq.
Mecca: Shuaiba, Al-Qunfudhah, and Al-Layth.
Jazan: Al-Darb and Baysh.
