Dow Jones position: US stock indices close lower

Closed Main stock indices in The American Wall Street Stock Exchange was down at the end of trading on Wednesday.
The Standard & Poor’s 500 index ended trading down by 35.89 points, equivalent to 0.53%, to close at 6699.47 points.
The Nasdaq Composite index fell 213.27 points, or 0.93%, recording 22740.40. point at the end of trading.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 336.48 points, or 0.72%, to end the session at 46,588.26 points.
