The first handball team is training in "Momenta" In preparation for facing Portugal

The first national handball team began its training today in the city of Momenta   Portuguese, in preparation for two friendly matches against its Portuguese counterpart, scheduled to be held on October 30 and November 1, as part of the preparation program for the upcoming tournaments.

 

The national team’s technical staff, led by Spaniard Pascual, is keen to exploit the two matches to test the largest number of players, and to ensure their physical readiness. And technical training for the team members before entering the advanced stages of preparation.

 

The two matches against Portugal, one of the strong European teams, come with the aim of raising the level of international contact, and implementing new plans and methods of play, in preparation for the upcoming competitions, most notably the upcoming African Championship in Rwanda next January, as part of a strong preparation program developed by the Board of Directors of the Handball Federation.
