His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum witnessed the graduation ceremony of the participants of the second session of the Leadership and Design Programme, which included 38 participants from the government and private sectors, where His Highness stressed the continuation of “supporting and empowering national competencies through specialized programs in vital sectors, so they must bet on Dubai remaining the most innovative and creative in the world.”

His Highness said in a blog post on the “X” platform: “This evening, I witnessed the graduation ceremony of the members of the second session of the Leadership and Design Program, which included 38 members from the government and private sectors, who participated over a period of 14 weeks in a comprehensive training program under the supervision of the Dubai Future Foundation… We continue to support and empower national competencies through specialized programs in vital sectors, so they must bet on Dubai remaining the most innovative and creative in the world.. Our youth will remain at the heart of every idea, every program, and every achievement.”
