New payment facilities.. 8 banks allow installments of fees for “Human Resources and Emiratisation” services

The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation expanded the scope of the fees and fines installment service, by including three new banks in the list of banking institutions participating in the programme, bringing a total of eight accredited banks.

The initiative aims to provide more flexible payment options for credit card holders, which contributes to alleviating the financial burdens on customers and facilitating the completion of their transactions in an innovative and easy way.

The list of participating banks includes: Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, Commercial Bank of Dubai, Mashreq Bank, National Bank of Ras Al Khaimah, Commercial International Bank, Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, First Abu Dhabi Bank, and Emirates NBD.

The Ministry explained that the service allows administrative fees and fines to be paid in installments through direct communication with the card-issuing bank or through its digital channels, provided that each bank adheres to the minimum specified for installment operations.

According to the program details, the minimum amount for installments starts from 500 dirhams at most participating banks, while Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank and Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank offer the option of installments for amounts starting from 1,000 dirhams.

It is noteworthy that the Ministry had launched this service last year in partnership with only five banks, before expanding its scope today to include additional banking institutions, in a step that reflects its commitment to developing the customer experience and simplifying financial procedures.
