Opening of the seventh edition of "Adventure and Camping Exhibition 2025" In Al Dhaid
Sharjah, 30th October / WAM / The activities of the seventh edition of the “Adventure and Camping Exhibition 2025” were launched today at the Expo Center Al Dhaid, which is considered one of the most prominent events specialized in camping and trips at the state and regional levels, and which continues until the 2nd of next November, with the support of the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry and under the supervision of the Sharjah Expo Center, with the participation of 60 exhibiting companies and more than 200 brands from major regional and international companies specialized in the field of camping, land and sea trips, and supplies. The exhibition activities were opened by His Excellency Abdullah Sultan Al Owais, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Expo Center Sharjah, in the presence of His Excellency Walid Abdul Rahman Bu Khatir, Second Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Sharjah Chamber, and a number of members of the Chamber’s Board of Directors, His Excellency Muhammad Ahmed Amin Al Awadi, Director General of the Sharjah Chamber, His Excellency Saif Muhammad Al Midfa, CEO of the Expo Center Sharjah, and Muhammad Musabih Al Tunaiji, Director of the Expo Center Al Dhaid, along with a number of members of the Chamber’s Board of Directors, officials and representatives of government agencies in the city. The attendees toured around the exhibition and viewed the exhibition pavilions and platforms, which extend over a total area of 2,800 square meters in the center’s internal and external spaces, and listened to a detailed explanation from the exhibitors about what they are presenting in this edition, which includes an exceptional assortment exceeding 10,000 diverse products, as the exhibition represents an integrated destination specialized in providing all the supplies and equipment needed for camping activities and adventures in open environments.
His Excellency Abdullah Sultan Al Owais confirmed that the “Adventure and Camping 2025” exhibition has developed into a vital platform for small and medium-sized companies specialized in this promising field, allowing them to showcase their innovations and open new horizons for expansion, stressing the Chamber’s keenness to support the exhibition to combine its commercial role with direct stimulation of investment in new sectors such as hospitality and nature-related entertainment, which supports the local economy and accelerates the pace of transforming the central region into a major destination for eco-tourism and adventures, taking advantage of its unique natural components and heritage. It is rich in attracting new segments of visitors interested in safaris and exploring prominent archaeological sites.
His Excellency Saif Mohammed Al Midfa said that this year the exhibition focuses on enriching visitors’ experience by presenting advanced technical innovations, most notably the unveiling of a fully electric vehicle designated for difficult environments and off-road roads, in addition to providing a package of exclusive competitive offers and discounts, while enhancing the entertainment aspect with various accompanying events.
One of the most prominent innovations in this year’s edition is the display of a 100% electric vehicle designed specifically for off-road, adventure, and camping. The exhibition also provides the latest technologies and equipment for land and exploratory trips, outdoor sports supplies of various kinds, and hunting and hunting supplies, to confirm its position at the state and regional level to cover various outdoor activities that enjoy wide demand and increasing popularity.
