"I admonish you" 2025 brings together more than 45 ministers and 250 CEOs

Abu Dhabi, 31 October / WAM / The activities of the ADIPEC 2025 exhibition and conference will begin next Monday in Abu Dhabi, which will bring together a large number of leaders from the global energy sector, including more than 45 ministers and 250 CEOs, to discuss ways to meet the growing global demand for energy and the necessity of building a flexible energy system and expanding the scope of its solutions to ensure progress for all.
ADIPEC 2025, hosted by ADNOC, will be held from November 3 to 6 at the ADNEC Center Abu Dhabi, under the slogan “Smart Energy for Accelerated Progress,” and brings together leaders, policy makers, innovators and academics from the energy, technology, finance and other sectors.
His Excellency Dr. Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber, Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology, Managing Director and CEO of ADNOC and its group of companies, will deliver the opening speech at ADIPEC 2025.
The ceremony will include a ministerial dialogue session attended by His Excellency Suhail bin Mohammed Faraj Faris Al Mazrouei, Minister of Energy and Infrastructure, Doug Burgum, the 55th Secretary of the Interior and Chairman of the Energy Council of the United States of America, and His Excellency Saad bin Sherida Al Kaabi, Minister of State for Energy Affairs in Qatar.
The opening ceremony also includes a session with Brad Smith, Vice Chairman and President of Microsoft.
ADIPEC 2025 will host more than 45 ministers and 250 CEOs from the energy, finance and technology sectors around the world.
Among the senior speakers confirmed to participate are His Excellency Haitham Al-Ghais, Secretary General of the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC), His Excellency Nathaniel Leminsky, Minister of Energy and Natural Resources and Minister of Federal, European and International Affairs and Information of the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia, His Excellency Joseph Seddi, Minister of Energy and Water of Lebanon, His Excellency Jorabek Mirzamakhmudov, Minister of Energy of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and Lorenzo Simonelli, Chairman and CEO of Baker Hughes, Dai Hualing, Chairman of China National Petroleum Corporation, Dr. Guy Diedrich, Chief Innovation Officer at Cisco, Claudio Descalzi, CEO of Eni, Ian Bremmer, Chairman and Founder of Eurasia Group, Francesco La Camera, Director General of the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA), Jacques Hydari, CEO of SandboxAQ, Olivier Le Peuch, CEO of SLB.

From policies to technology, ADIPEC 2025 is the event in which the features of the energy future are shaped.
This year’s ADIPEC exhibition and conference is witnessing the largest edition in its history, as it includes a wide range of new events and offers designed to highlight innovations, products and services that contribute to driving the global transformation process in the energy sector. Visitors will be able to experience the latest technologies that enhance efficiency in this sector.
The Artificial Intelligence Zone at ADIPEC includes some of the most prominent and innovative new pavilions, showcasing the latest technologies that are radically transforming the global energy sector. Among them: “The H1 robot from Unitree – the fastest and most flexible humanoid robot in the world – will be on display, which stands 1.8 meters high and can run at a record speed of 3.3 meters per second.
Visitors can also experience the TOKA-5 from Gecko Robotics, a wall-climbing robot used to inspect and collect data on critical infrastructure.
IKM Subsea will display the Merlin ROV electric diving robot, one of the most controlled and efficient operational vehicles on the market, with a diving capacity of up to 3,000 metres.
Data Bridge’s SkyShine, the world’s most advanced drone cleaning service, also uses self-driving drones equipped with AI and LIDAR technology to safely and efficiently clean skyscraper facades and solar panels.
Bechtel’s Low Energy Desalination System (LEEDS) turns highly saline water into clean, reusable water.
ProveZero and Minerva from CleanConnect.ai are the world’s smartest emissions platform, providing real-time visual detection of methane and other gases and automatically converting emissions data into blockchain-certified environmental certificates.
To empower young people to shape the future of energy in response to the significant acceleration in the pace of development witnessed by the global energy sector, and in order to develop and attract young talents, ADIPEC 2025 is launching the largest program dedicated to youth in its history under the title “ADIPEC Youth.”
In its thirteenth session, the program includes 11 main themes aimed at providing students with the skills, knowledge and experiences that qualify them for success in the changing energy system, seeking to involve more than 1,000 students from secondary schools and 400 students from universities.
This year, the program presents a new initiative entitled “Innovators”, which is an area dedicated to displaying energy-related research, ideas and pioneering projects, presented by innovative young people over the four days of the event.
This zone, directed to students from various parts of the UAE, provides a unique opportunity to showcase their work to sector leaders, investors and their colleagues, which contributes to bridging the gap between academic innovation and practical application in the business world.
ADIPEC 2025 will also witness the announcement of the winners of the Methane Emissions Reduction Challenge, a competition directed at high school students in the UAE to present innovative ideas that contribute to reducing methane emissions and enhancing environmental sustainability.
