After exiting the cup… Al Wasl loses two points to Khor Fakkan in the league

Goalkeeper Rashid Suhail led Khor Fakkan to a 1-1 draw with Al Wasl in the seventh round of ADNOC Professional League matches, today, Friday, at Saqr bin Mohammed Al Qasimi Stadium, after the brother of the international player, Hareb Suhail, excelled in confronting the attacks of “The Emperor” to win “The Eagles” a valuable point, raising its score to 8 points, while Al Wasl raised its score to 14 points.

Al Wasl controlled the ball in the first half by up to 65%, but the advantage was from Khor Fakkan in the result, even though the visiting team almost scored the first goal from a dangerous ball shot by Nicolas Jimenez that was blocked by goalkeeper Rashid Suhail (6), before the “Eagles” responded by scoring the first goal from a wonderful attack led by Tariq Tisodale, who passed the ball to Pedro Pavlov and the latter shot it into the goal (11).
Muhammad Ali saved Al Wasl’s goal from receiving the second goal, when Salim Amalah played a pass behind the “Yellow” defenders and Aelto Filippi was alone in the goal, but the goalkeeper blocked the ball brilliantly (38), and excitement rose after goalkeeper Rashid Suhail excelled in stopping two chances for Al Wasl, the first from a ball shot by Adama Diallo (40), and the second from a direct free kick shot by Palacios that bounced off the crossbar and was completed by Adama Diallo. With his head, but the Khor Fakkan goalkeeper saved the ball beautifully before it crossed the goal line in the fourth minute of stoppage time.
Coach Luis Castro made three substitutions, with Fabio Lima, Matthews Saldana, and Abdulrahman Saleh replacing Pedro Neto, Brian Palacios, and Siaka Sidibe.
