Today, Friday, the competitions of the third day of the Egypt International Junior Table Tennis Championship, which will be held from October 29 to November 1, continued today, Friday, in Hall No. (2) of the indoor hall complex at Cairo International Stadium.
The mixed doubles under-15 and mixed doubles under-19 competitions concluded today, witnessing an Egyptian domination of the podium.
In the under-15 mixed doubles competitions, the Egyptian duo Aser Sameh and Farida Thabet won the gold medal, while the silver went to Yehia Al-Morsi and Dalila Mahjoub, while the bronze went to Egyptian Khadija Al-Hakim alongside her American colleague Abhinav Sherbhati, Mohamed Kasba and Jumana Abdel. As for the mixed doubles medals under 19 years old, the Egyptian duo Omar Ihab and Habiba Al-Basoumi were able to achieve first place and the gold medal, and the silver medal was won by the Egyptian duo Yassin Gaber and Yara Al-Badawi, while the bronze was won by Anas Abdel-Al and Haneen Eliwa and the duo Ali Al-Sarafi and Maryam Younes. Bronze.
150 male and female players representing 15 countries are participating in the tournament after the Kazakhstan national team apologized, which is" Antigua and Papriouda, Bangladesh, Cyprus, Dominican Republic, Jordan, Libya, Poland, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Canada, India, America, the Emirates, Austria, and Egypt, the host country.
