Approval for the “Learning Academy” to increase the capital to 135 million riyals

The Learning Academy Company received the approval of the Capital Market Authority, yesterday, for the company’s request to increase capital.

According to the company’s statement on the website "Saudi Arabia trading"The capital increase will be from 90 million riyals to 135 million riyals, with an increase rate of (50%).

One share will be granted for every two shares owned by shareholders registered in the register of shareholders of the issuer at the depository center at the end of the second trading day following the date of the assembly, which will be determined later.
