ABU DHABI, 3rd November, 2018 (WAM) – Dr. Mohammed Abdullah Al Ali, CEO of the Trends Center for Research and Consultation, confirmed that celebrating Science Day on the 3rd of November every year embodies the highest meanings of belonging and loyalty to the homeland, and expresses the unity of the Emirati home and the solidity of its cohesion under one banner that unites its children in the values of goodness and giving.
In his speech on this occasion, Al Ali said: “When we raise the UAE flag, we are raising a symbol of glory and dignity, a history of giving and building, and we are recalling the legacy of the founding leader, the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, may God rest his soul, who instilled in us the values of justice, peace, and humanity, and made tolerance a way of life and an authentic national identity.”
He added that Science Day is not just a symbolic celebration, but rather an occasion to renew the pledge of hard work and sincerity in serving the nation, and to mobilize determination to continue the path of development and prosperity under wise leadership that has made the human being the focus and goal of development.
