Emaar Properties and Dubai Trade Center launch a project "Terra Gardens" In Expo City

Dubai, 3 November / WAM / Emaar Properties and the Dubai World Trade Center announced the launch of the “Terra Gardens” project, which is part of the master plan for “Expo Living”, the integrated residential complex in Expo City Dubai, following the momentum achieved by the first phase, “Terra Heights”. Expo Living’s master plan extends over an area of ​​451,295 square metres, and combines residential units, retail, hospitality and office facilities, in addition to public spaces and service facilities. It includes five residential complexes containing 3,555 residential units. The Terra Gardens project currently includes 560 residential units, and additional phases will be announced at a later time. The project includes a group of community facilities, including a central park, a running track, an outdoor cinema, exercise stations, in addition to padel and volleyball courts, and the project is located adjacent to the Expo Mall. Ahmed Al Matrooshi, CEO of Emaar Properties, said that the Terra Gardens project reflects Emaar’s commitment to developing thriving neighborhoods that combine a modern lifestyle with easy access to nature, entertainment and cultural destinations. For his part, Amer Al Farsi, Vice President of Real Estate Development Management at the Dubai World Trade Center, said: This achievement represents an important step towards shaping the features of the future of Expo City Dubai, which offers a community that gives residents the opportunity to live, communicate and prosper, and we seek to formulate new standards for the concept of modern urban life that focuses on the well-being and comfort of individuals.
