The Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah receives the President of the Arab Parliament and Ammar bin Nasser Al Mualla
Ras Al Khaimah, 4 November / WAM / His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, received in his palace in the city of Saqr bin Mohammed today, His Excellency Mohammed bin Ahmed Al Yamahi, Speaker of the Arab Parliament, and Sheikh Dr. Ammar bin Nasser Al Mualla, Attaché of Education and Technology Sciences at the UAE Embassy in the Arab Republic of Egypt, who came to greet His Highness.
During the meeting, His Highness was briefed on the efforts of the Arab Parliament in promoting joint Arab action and developing mechanisms for cooperation and integration between Arab parliaments in a way that contributes to achieving stability, development and prosperity for their people, in addition to the role of the state’s educational attachés in strengthening academic and scientific cooperation between the UAE and sisterly and friendly countries, and supporting Emirati students studying abroad and enabling them to achieve scientific excellence and innovation.
Discussions were exchanged on a number of topics of common interest, and ways to develop cooperation in the parliamentary and educational fields, in a way that enhances the development process in the UAE and keeps pace with its future vision of building humanity and consolidating its position in the fields of knowledge and innovation.
His Excellency Mohammed bin Ahmed Al Yamahi and Sheikh Dr. Ammar bin Nasser Al Mualla expressed their sincere appreciation to His Highness the Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, praising his development vision, his continued support for joint Arab cooperation, and his keenness to enhance the process of education and innovation, in a way that enhances the UAE’s position at the regional and international levels.
