Faten Hamama Award for Excellence… Honoring Khaled Al-Nabawi for his artistic career
The Cairo International Film Festival, in its forty-sixth session, honors the great artist Khaled Al-Nabawi, by awarding him the Faten Hamama Award for Excellence, during the symposium scheduled to be held next Sunday, in celebration of Al-Nabawi’s artistic career, which extends for more than 35 years.
The Cairo Film Festival, in its 46th session, will witness a special screening of the film “The Migrant” On November 16, the red carpet for the screening will begin at nine o’clock in the evening, in the presence of Khaled Al-Nabawi, and a number of action stars, film and drama makers, to celebrate the film that was shown in 1994.
The festival will also witness the screening of the film The Citizen Which is considered Al-Nabawy’s international debut, as he succeeded in reaching the Hollywood Awards, in addition to winning two awards at the Boston Film Festival for audience votes, and an award for Best Acting Cast, and it is scheduled to be shown on November 21 at the Hanager Cinema, as part of the Cairo Film Festival activities.
