The Palestinian Prime Minister stressed that the priority is to establish a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip, bring in aid, and intensify emergency relief and recovery efforts, in preparation for comprehensive reconstruction, stressing that any solution in the Gaza Strip must be based on the two-state solution, the full jurisdiction of the State of Palestine in the Strip, and the right of the Palestinian people to self-determination in their independent state.
