"Hero".. Abdul Rahman Younis breaks the world weightlifting record

Abdul Rahman Younis, a player for the national weightlifting team, broke the world record in the 79 kg snatch competition, during his participation in the Islamic Solidarity Games, currently being held in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and continuing until November 21.

Abd al-Rahman Younis lifted a weight of 166 kg in the snatch competition, to record a new record in his name in the records of the International Weightlifting Federation.

Nora Essam was a player. The national weightlifting team achieved 3 bronze medals during its participation in the 58 kg competition.

Noura Essam achieved bronze in the snatch with a weight of 83 kg, bronze in the clean and jerk with a weight of 106 kg, and bronze in the overall weight with a weight of 189 kg.
