Khalid bin Mohammed bin Zayed meets with a delegation from the executive management of Brookfield Asset Management Group

ABU DHABI, 13 NOVEMBER WAM / His Highness Sheikh Khalid bin Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, met with a delegation from the executive management of Brookfield Asset Management Group, which includes Bruce Flatt, CEO of the company, Frank McKenna, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company, and a number of members of the Board of Directors and managers of the group’s subsidiary companies.

During the meeting, ways to enhance cooperation in the fields of investment and asset management were discussed, and opportunities to expand the scope of strategic partnerships between national companies and the Brookfield Group were discussed, thus contributing to supporting the process of sustainable economic development.

The meeting also reviewed the importance of building strategic partnerships that keep pace with global economic trends in the international investment scene, to enhance the financial innovation system and encourage investment in vital sectors, most notably digital transformation, clean energy, and infrastructure.

The meeting was attended by His Excellency Ahmed Jassim Al Zaabi, Chairman of the Department of Economic Development – Abu Dhabi.
