Launch of the second annual Trends Research and Consulting Dialogue on Artificial Intelligence

This morning, in Abu Dhabi, the second annual Trends Center for Research and Consultation Dialogue on Artificial Intelligence was launched, under the title “Technological Diplomacy in the Middle East and North Africa.”

The event is held in strategic partnership with the Cybersecurity Council and 23 national and international bodies, and with the participation of an elite group of international researchers and experts from the US Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), Google, OpenAI and G42, in addition to the Mohammed bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence, Khalifa University, New York Abu Dhabi and other academic institutions.

In three main sessions, the dialogue participants will discuss the latest developments in the fields of artificial intelligence and technological diplomacy, by discussing the strengthening of US-Gulf partnerships in innovation and advanced technology, the geopolitical dimensions of artificial intelligence, its impact on the balance of power, international relations, soft power through artificial intelligence and digital infrastructure, and its role in building bridges of communication and sustainable development.
