2,200 violations of marketing calls from individuals

The Communications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority revealed that 2,200 violations of marketing calls from individuals had been recorded until the middle of this year, 2025. The Authority explained on its social media sites that it had decided to update and simplify the procedures for reporting marketing calls from individuals, so that subscribers can now call only one number, 2211, to register in the Do Not Call Register and report any annoying marketing call from individuals.
