This service is an extension of the ministry’s efforts in developing electronic services that contribute to raising the efficiency of administrative processes and achieving digital transformation in the educational field.

The service aims to control the process of entry and exit to the school building and organize it according to a clear electronic mechanism that allows the school to manage official visits and document them electronically to ensure transparency and discipline. Inside the school, in addition to restricting visits to the school building to parents who have a real and clear interest and a specific justification for the visit, which enhances security and safety measures and maintains the privacy of the educational process.
