Contributed to establishing a pioneering tax system

His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, First Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, extended thanks and appreciation to Khaled Al Bustani for his national career full of giving and achievement over 45 years in federal work, through which he contributed to establishing a pioneering tax system through his management of the Federal Tax Authority since its founding. His Highness stressed that the process of achievements continues in the Emirates with the visions of its leaders, and by empowering its competent citizens in all fields.

His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum said, in a blog post on the “X” platform, yesterday: “Sincere thanks and appreciation to Brother Khaled Al Bustani for his national career full of work, giving and achievement over 45 years in federal work, through which he contributed to establishing a pioneering tax system through his management of the Federal Tax Authority since its founding. We appreciate his efforts and loyalty to the homeland, and we wish him success in a new phase of his life.”

His Highness added: “We wish success to Brother Abdulaziz Al-Mulla in his new duties as Director-General of the Authority. He has a great responsibility in consolidating the leadership of the tax system in the Emirates and ensuring its excellence.
