Dubai International Financial is a gold partner for the fourth edition of the One Billion Followers Summit

The One Billion Followers Summit, which specializes in the content industry economy, announced that the Dubai International Financial Center has joined the Dubai International Financial Center as a gold partner for the fourth edition of the summit organized by the UAE Government Media Office, at Jumeirah Emirates Towers, the Dubai International Financial Center, and the Dubai Museum of the Future, from January 9 to 11, 2026, under the slogan “Purposeful Content.”
This partnership represents a strategic step that enhances the UAE’s leadership role in empowering creative content makers and consolidating its position in the new media and digital content sector.
The partnership embodies the goals of the Dubai International Financial Center and the One Billion Followers Summit, in supporting national efforts aimed at consolidating the UAE’s position as a global capital for the economy of the future, and a center of attraction for content makers and creators from around the world.
Arif Amiri, CEO of the DIFC Authority, said that the partnership with the One Billion Followers Summit reflects the center’s role as a bridge linking finance, innovation and creativity, stressing the DIFC’s commitment to supporting initiatives that empower emerging entrepreneurs and content creators, as they are the driving force of the new economy.
He added: “This partnership embodies our commitment to creating an environment where ideas turn into tangible impact, and by bringing together global creative talent and technology leaders, the summit strengthens Dubai’s position as a hub for future industries and innovation.”
For her part, Alia Al Hammadi, Vice President of the UAE Government Media Office and Director of the One Billion Followers Summit, said that the partnership with the Dubai International Financial Center represents a qualitative addition to the fourth edition of the One Billion Followers Summit, given the center’s prestigious status and long experience as the leading global financial center in the Middle East, Africa and South Asia region.
She added that this partnership comes in the context of the summit’s vision to build an integrated system for creating meaningful content in the region, and to enable creators to access tools and technologies that contribute to developing their production and achieving a positive impact in their communities.

The Dubai International Financial Center continues its rapid growth path, strengthening its position as the most influential global financial center in the region. In 2025, the center celebrated a major achievement, as it now includes more than 8,000 active registered companies, including more than 1,000 regulated entities, forming the largest gathering of financial and innovation institutions in the Middle East, Africa and South Asia region.
The center’s ecosystem has expanded and its community today includes 48,000 professionals, confirming its ability to attract international institutions, attract the best talent, and empower the new generation of innovators who will lead the future of the economy in Dubai.
The fourth edition of the One Billion Followers Summit builds on the global momentum achieved by the third edition in January 2025, which attracted more than 15,000 content creators and influencers, more than 420 speakers, and 125 of the most important CEOs and global experts. The summit recorded more than 30,000 participants in physical attendance, 1.5 billion digital interactions, and 542 million views on social media platforms.
The third edition witnessed widespread interaction from millions of followers on social media platforms from around the world, and the hashtag for the summit #1BillionSummit was one of the most followed hashtags around the world.
