The launch of the 19th Dubai Airshow

Today, the activities of the 19th Dubai Air Show kicked off under the slogan “The Future Starts From Here.”

This year’s edition is the largest in the history of the exhibition, as it hosts 1,500 exhibitors from various countries around the world, including 440 exhibitors participating for the first time.

The event witnesses a large attendance, including 148,000 visitors and 490 military and civilian delegations representing 115 countries.

This year’s session includes a display of more than 200 aircraft covering a wide range, including commercial, military, business aircraft and drones, in addition to the latest advanced aviation technologies.

The largest space pavilion in the history of the exhibition will also be held, jointly organized with the UAE Space Agency, to reflect the rapid growth of the space sector in the country and the region.

For the first time in its history, the exhibition will witness the flight of electric vertical take-off and landing aircraft, in a step that confirms its position as a global platform for displaying the future of aviation and air mobility solutions.
