Implemented The Saudi Arabian Scouts Association conducted a qualitative training program in protocol skills in public relations at its headquarters in Riyadh, with the participation of 40 boys and young men working in Basic skills, the most prominent of which are the etiquette of introduction, greeting, and handshaking, methods of receiving and getting to know each other, and mechanisms for dealing with people with special needs, in addition to learning about the types of official parties and their requirements, seating protocols for guests, the principles of giving gifts, the order of precedence, and the art of taking memorial photos on official occasions.
Planning and organizing events
The course touched on traditional and modern trends in the world of ceremonies, and the parties concerned with their implementation within organizations, and skills Those assigned to it, in addition to advanced topics in planning and organizing events, included determining the place and time, human, material and technical needs, mechanisms for forming organizing teams, and the etiquette of preparing and sending invitation cards.
This course comes within a continuous path adopted by the association to qualify and develop the skills of its members, boys and young men, in a way that contributes to enhancing their abilities to receive guests and deal with them with high efficiency during the activities and occasions of the scouting movement locally and internationally, and in a way that reflects the image of Civilized information about the Kingdom and its scouting system.
