Dubai Future Foundation signs a partnership with the emirate’s police in the field of training and capacity building
Dubai, November 19, 2025 – The Dubai Future Foundation announced the signing of a new partnership with the Dubai Police General Headquarters as part of the second day of the Dubai Future Forum 2025, the largest international gathering of future experts and institutions.
The partnership includes training and capacity-building programs, forward-looking studies, and innovation initiatives focused on enhancing the quality of life and digital progress that achieves Dubai’s vision of providing world-class, people-centered government services.
The partnership was signed by His Excellency Major General Dr. Ahmed Zaal bin Krishan, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police for Financial and Administrative Sector Affairs, and His Excellency Khalfan Juma Belhoul, CEO of the Dubai Future Foundation, in the presence of His Excellency Major General Saif Mohammed bin Abed Al Muhairi, Assistant Commander-in-Chief for Excellence and Leadership Affairs at Dubai Police, and Brigadier General Dr. Hamdan Al Ghassi, Director of the General Department of Future Foresight.
Under the partnership signed at the Museum of the Future in Dubai, the Dubai Future Academy and the Future Foresight System at the Dubai Future Foundation will work to support Dubai Police personnel to improve their leadership skills that enhance leadership and excellence through training courses, specialized diploma programs, practical workshops, qualitative opportunities for knowledge exchange, and advanced tools for anticipating the future of government work.
In this context, His Excellency Major General Dr. Ahmed Zaal bin Krishan confirmed that this partnership comes within the framework of the Dubai Police General Command’s constant keenness to strengthen bilateral partnerships with various agencies and institutions, to develop the practical and cognitive capabilities of national human cadres in order to achieve the vision of the Dubai Government in applying quality of life standards and digital progress in various services, fields, sectors and specializations.
He noted that the bilateral partnership also supports Dubai Police’s efforts to enhance security and safety and work to make community members happy with innovative, future-oriented quality services.
His Excellency praised the effective partnership between Dubai Police and the Dubai Future Foundation in exchanging experiences and knowledge in the field of human resources and applying cognitive tools from specialized courses and programs that contribute to achieving excellence, leadership and quality of services.
In turn, Khalfan Belhoul said that this partnership will contribute to developing the skills of Dubai Police personnel and enabling them to lead the paths of the future in the era of innovation and technology, in line with the emirate’s efforts to develop world-class government services that are distinguished by being proactive and flexible and adopting the latest technology to further improve the quality of life of its population of 200 nationalities.
He added that these partnerships represent a major pillar in the work of the Dubai Future Foundation, based on its keenness to cooperate with all government and private agencies to study the upcoming opportunities and transformations, develop skills and tools for designing the future, and prepare national and international competencies and capabilities to contribute effectively to the efforts of designing the future.
