Ronaldo publishes snapshots of his meeting with Trump at the White House

The Portuguese football star and Saudi Al-Nasr player, Cristiano Ronaldo, posted to his followers on the Instagram platform, on Wednesday, snapshots of his meeting with his wife, Georgina Rodriguez, with US President Donald Trump at the White House.

The footage that Ronaldo posted on the “Story” feature showed that the Portuguese star was there with Georgina next to Trump, and they appeared to be talking among themselves before they started laughing.

Other footage showed Ronaldo, aged 40, being with Donald Trump inside the White House, and the duo shaking hands with each other.

Cristiano Ronaldo also attended the official dinner hosted by Trump for Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman at the White House.

On the sidelines of the dinner party, Trump said: “This hall is full of the greatest leaders in the world, in the world of business and sports.”

Donald Trump explained that his youngest son Barron admires Ronaldo, as he joked: “As you know, my son is a big fan of Ronaldo, and I think he respects his father more now.”

He added: “My son Baron is a big fan of Ronaldo, and he got to know him, and I think he has come to appreciate and respect his father more now, just because I introduced the Portuguese star to him.”
