Abu Dhabi, 20 November / WAM / His Excellency Saqr Ghobash, Speaker of the Federal National Council, congratulated the leadership and people of the sister Sultanate of Oman on the occasion of the 55th National Day, wishing the Omani people every progress, prosperity and prosperity under the wise leadership of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tariq, Sultan of sister Oman, asking God to perpetuate the Sultanate and its dear people with all goodness and prosperity.
His Excellency Saqr Ghobash said, in two congratulatory cables sent to His Excellency Sheikh Abdul Malik bin Abdullah Al Khalili, Chairman of the State Council, and to His Excellency Sheikh Khalid bin Hilal Al Maawali, Chairman of the Shura Council of the sisterly Sultanate of Oman, on the occasion of the Sultanate’s National Day, that the relations of parliamentary cooperation between the Federal National Council and the State and Shura Councils are a true embodiment of the sincere fraternal relations linking the leadership and peoples of the two countries, whose roots extend for decades. A long period of time, and at the same time it represents one of the basic tributaries to achieving the principles of joint Gulf action.
At the conclusion of the two telegrams, His Excellency directed prayers to God Almighty to preserve the leadership and people of the sister Sultanate of Oman, and to perpetuate the blessing of security and stability and achieve further progress and prosperity.
