6.427 billion dirhams, the value of the Ministry of Defense’s deals on the fourth day of the Dubai Air Show

Dubai, November 20 / WAM / The Tawazun Defense Empowerment Council announced the conclusion of seven new deals for the Ministry of Defense during the fourth day of the Dubai Airshow 2025, with a total value amounting to 6.427 billion dirhams.
Over the first four days of the exhibition, the total deals concluded for the benefit of the Ministry of Defense and Abu Dhabi Police reached 27 local and international deals with a total value of 24.443 billion dirhams, which reflects the great momentum and growing cooperation between the Tawazun Defense Empowerment Council and its partners from the local and global sectors.
This came during the press conference held today in the presence of Abdullah Ahmed Al-Saidi and Mana Abdul Karim Al-Mansouri, the official spokespersons for the Council.
Abdullah Al Saeedi revealed the details of the local deals for the fourth day, which amounted to four contracts with a total value of 6.258 billion dirhams, which included a contract with Caleds Company to purchase and supply Al-Hada missiles at a value of 6.142 billion dirhams, a contract with International Golden Group to purchase drones at a value of 57.858 million dirhams, and with the Abu Dhabi Autonomous Systems Investment Company (ADASI) to purchase radars worth 37.684 million dirhams. dirhams, in addition to contracting with Supreme Distinguished Services Company to provide technical support services for aircraft spare parts and maintenance at a value of 20 million dirhams.
He explained that the international deals on the fourth day included three deals with a total value of 169.616 million dirhams, and included a contract with the French company Thales to purchase binoculars worth 75.966 million dirhams, a contract with the French company CS Group to purchase systems worth 32.240 million dirhams, and with the French company MBDA to provide technical support and repair of mica, Black Shaheen and Mistral spare parts for aircraft worth 61.410 million dirhams.
Mana Al Mansouri stressed that the results achieved during the first four days reflect the UAE’s vision of building an integrated defense and security sector based on innovation and strategic partnerships, noting that the Tawazun Defense Empowerment Council continues its efforts to develop a competitive environment that stimulates the private sector, and enhance its vital role in supporting national capabilities in the fields of aviation, space, and defense, thus consolidating the country’s position as a global center for advanced technologies and future industries.
