The death toll from floods in southern and central Vietnam has risen to 41 people

The Vietnamese Ministry of the Environment announced the death At least 41 people have died since the end of last week, while searches continue to find nine missing people.

Evacuation of residents

The ministry explained in a statement that about 62,000 people have been evacuated since Sunday in the affected areas, and that major roads have been cut off due to landslides, and electricity has been cut off for a million people.
