"Izzy is not" Expanding its business in Malaysia

DUBAI, 20th November, 2018 (WAM) – EasyLease, a subsidiary of International Holding Company, announced, during its participation in the Dubai Airshow, the signing of an important strategic memorandum of understanding with BigBear.ai, the Pahang Aviation City Development Company – PAC, and Vigilix Technology Investment.
These agreements represent an important step for EasyLease, through which it announces its entry into the Malaysian market to contribute to accelerating the country’s efforts aimed at developing security, mobility and infrastructure systems, based on the next generation of artificial intelligence capabilities.
Under this cooperation, EasyLease will assume the role of a strategic partner in the fields of mobility and operations from the UAE, benefiting from its extensive experience in smart mobility systems, fleet management enhanced by “Internet of Things” technologies, and operational intelligence solutions based on artificial intelligence. The 5,042-hectare “Pahang Aviation City” near Kuantan, Malaysia, will include a new international airport, an integrated maintenance, repair and overhaul complex, multi-use areas, as well as the first spaceport in Southeast Asia.

The partnership brings together the specialized expertise of each of the parties signatory to the Memorandum of Understanding, as Easy Lease will, from the UAE, lead efforts to integrate smart mobility solutions and enhance operational readiness as the strategic mobility partner. As for Big Bear AI, it will provide advanced technologies and artificial intelligence solutions that include analytics and security frameworks, while Pahang Aviation City will act as the host in Malaysia and the initiator by facilitating regulatory transactions and government coordination locally. As for Vigilex, it will undertake the task of facilitation and integration to ensure the smoothness of the collaborative process between the relevant authorities in the UAE, Malaysia and the United States of America.
The memorandum signed today embodies the joint commitment of its parties to explore AI-enhanced operational intelligence solutions, predictive analytics and integrated smart mobility platforms designed to build safer, more efficient and technologically advanced infrastructure networks in Pahang Aviation City.
