Zelensky forms a delegation to hold discussions with the United States and Russia to end the war

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky agreed to form a delegation led by the head of his office and including senior security officials, to conduct negotiations with the United States and Russia on ending the war, according to a statement from the Ukrainian president’s office on Saturday, which also stressed that “Ukraine will never be an obstacle to peace.”

According to the statement published on the Telegram application, Kiev will consult with its partners on steps to end the Russian war on Ukraine in the coming days.

The statement also said: “Ukraine will never be an obstacle to peace, and representatives of the Ukrainian state will defend the legitimate interests of the Ukrainian people and the foundations of European security.”
