6.4 million dirhams, proceeds from the Ajman Arabian Horse Stud auction sales

Ajman, November 24 / WAM / The Ajman Arabian Horse Auction, organized by the Emirates Arabian Horse Association yesterday, achieved remarkable success, as it witnessed the sale of all the horses on offer, which amounted to 49 horses in addition to two young horses, with a total sales of 6 million and 468 thousand dirhams.

The auction was organized at the Ajman Stud in the Al Bahia area, and Shabwa, from the stallion “AJ Radman”, achieved the highest price of 400 thousand dirhams, while the filly “AJ Sulaf” achieved the highest price for the horses sold, as it was sold for 360 thousand dirhams, from the stallion “AJ Nawash” and the mare “AJ Samara”.

The auction witnessed a wide attendance of owners and breeders of Arabian horses from the UAE, the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, and various parts of the world, and a large number of bidders participated remotely via the Emirates Arabian Horse Association application.

The number of owners bidding in the auction reached 74 owners, 51 of whom were able to complete the purchase process, and the number of owners from outside the country reached 40 owners, 35 of whom were able to complete the purchase process, while the number of bidders from within the Emirates reached 34 owners, 16 of whom succeeded in acquiring the horses they targeted.

As part of facilitating purchasing procedures, the Emirates Arabian Horse Association was keen to provide the service of delivering horse passports to them immediately after completing the purchase process, in addition to completing the ownership transfer process, and then sending the horse passport to the new owner via the approved mail service.
