Today..the last date to subscribe to the new shares of “Sadq”
The Saudi Industrial Development Company announced "sincerity" The last day to subscribe to the new shares is today, November 24, 2025.
The company said in a reminder statement on its website "Saudi Arabia trading"The end date of the rights trading period is November 19, 2025.
Eligibility will be for shareholders who own shares at the end of trading on the day of the extraordinary general assembly, and who are registered in the company’s shareholder registry with the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the day of the extraordinary general assembly, which was held on 05/15/1447 AH corresponding to 11/06/2025 AD.
The company called on shareholders and other general investors wishing to subscribe to the new shares to contact the financial brokerage companies they deal with to find out the hours during which they can subscribe to the new shares.
