The UAE Ambassador presents his credentials to the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran

Tehran, November 24, 2017 – His Excellency Khaled Abdullah Belhoul presented his credentials to His Excellency Dr. Masoud Pezeshkian, President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, as Ambassador and Plenipotentiary Extraordinary of the UAE to the Islamic Republic of Iran.

His Excellency conveyed the greetings of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, “may God protect him”, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, “may God protect him”, and His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President of the UAE, Deputy Prime Minister, and Head of the Presidential Office, to His Excellency, and their wishes for his country and its people for further progress and prosperity.

For his part, the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran conveyed to His Excellency the Ambassador his greetings to His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, “may God protect him,” His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, “may God protect him,” and His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President of the UAE, Deputy Prime Minister, and Chief of the Presidential Office, and his wishes for the leadership, government, and people of the UAE for further progress and prosperity.

His Excellency wished His Excellency the Ambassador success in his work tasks, and the development and strengthening of bilateral relations in various fields that bring the two countries together, stressing his country’s readiness to provide all possible support to facilitate his tasks.

For his part, His Excellency Khaled Belhoul expressed his pride in representing the UAE in the Islamic Republic of Iran, and his keenness to consolidate and activate bilateral relations in various fields in a way that contributes to strengthening the bonds of neighborhood and cooperation between the two countries.

During the meeting, areas of cooperation between the United Arab Emirates and the Islamic Republic of Iran were reviewed, and ways to develop them were discussed in a way that achieves the interests and ambitions of the two neighboring countries and peoples.
