After the great Turkish success…the heroes of the Arabized version of “You Knock at My Door” are revealed

It seems that the great success achieved by series adapted from Turkish works during their presentation prompted Arab drama makers and producers to increase this type of series, which are often largely copied from the original.
The famous Turkish series “You Knock on My Door” became the latest of these works, after it was officially announced that an Arabic version of it would be presented, starring: Anas Tayara, Haya Maraachli, Rita Harb, Reem Khoury, Dima Al-Jundi, Saad Mina, Sarah Zouk, Mirna Al-Mir, and an elite group of Syrian and Lebanese actors.

The presence of the Lebanese influencer, Bert Waked, is also a surprise in the series, as she confirmed her participation in the work, through a number of pictures and posters, which were designed for her, and which she published through the short stories feature on “Instagram.”
The series is presented in a romantic comedy format, and it is the first experience for its two heroes: Anas Tayara and Haya Maraşli, in Arabized Turkish drama, as neither of them had ever participated in this type of series.
According to the information received, filming of the series began at the end of last October, in a number of locations within the city of Istanbul in Turkey, with the aim of preserving the original environment of the work, and matching the scenes of the Arabic version with the original Turkish version.
Returning to the original version of the work “You Knock on My Door”, it was shown in 2020, starring: Hande Erçel, Kerem Bursin, Neslihan Yeldan, Elif Dogan, and Anel Ilter.

The story of the work revolved around an ambitious girl named “Eda Yildiz”, who works in the field of flowers, and aspires to complete her education, but she loses her scholarship due to a decision issued by a company owned by the businessman “Serkan Polat”. Circumstances combine the two; When Serkan proposes to Eda to play the role of his fiancée for a limited time, in exchange for completing her studies and the scholarship offered to her.
After an agreement is reached between them, this charade turns into a true love story full of drama, comedic situations, jealousy, and romance.
The series, which was presented over two full seasons, was classified as one of the Turkish comedies, and achieved very great success in Turkey and the Arab world. It is still shown today on a number of stations and digital platforms, especially with the great popularity enjoyed by its two heroes: Hande and Bursin.
Returning to the Arabic version, which has not yet been named, it is expected that Anas Tayara will present the same character that Karam Boursin presented, while Haya Maraachli will most likely present the character of Hande Arçel.
