Because of a religious competition…the dispute between Yasmine Sabry and her father is renewed. Here is what happened between them

Social networking sites recently witnessed the return of a dispute between the Egyptian artist Yasmine Sabry and her father, Dr. Ashraf Sabry, after Yasmine presented a post on the “X” platform in which she praised the “State of Recitation” program for the Holy Quran recitation competition, which had achieved great success since its launch. Her father responded with a shocking post in which he attacked the program in a way that aroused the dissatisfaction of many of Yasmine’s fans and followers, so they launched a violent attack on him.

The story of the dispute between them began when Yasmine praised the “State of Recitation” program and described the voices of some of the contestants as psychological therapy. She wrote through her official account on the “X” platform: “God bless your votes, Egypt. God bless your children, Egypt. Some readers’ voices are a treatment and psychological comfort. It is chilling to the bones. The State of Recitation program.” Then her father responded to her with a shocking post, in which he revealed his dissatisfaction with the experience of the program, and wrote, commenting: “We are not We really want a recitation. We are bored as if this is the knowledge that will make the country advance. Seriously, we are tired of ignorance.”

After the violent attack on Yasmine Sabry’s father from her fans, he deleted his post from his Facebook page after many of his followers crossed the limits in responding to him.
